Loads of Leeds fans have been running the rule over Marcelo Bielsa’s pre-Derby press conference, and they’re not too happy with his comments on January transfers.
Leeds will never have a better chance to win the Championship. The Whites will go five points clear at the top with a win against Derby County on Friday, and Bielsa is working absolute wonders with the current squad.
However, plenty of fans feel they need a couple of new faces in January to reinforce their title credentials, especially after yet another defensive setback.

With Liam Cooper, Gateano Berardi and now Barry Douglas all out, the boss has been relying on youngsters to fill out his defensive ranks, and his comments on Wednesday suggest that isn’t about to change any time soon.
“We’re lacking 10 players. If the club can bring in players, we’ll take them only if they are better than what we have,” Bielsa said.
“If nobody comes, we will solve the problem anyway.”
The boss also confirmed it is Victor Orta that is in sole charge of searching for new signings, Phil Hay of the Yorkshire Evening Post reports.
Needless to say, fans aren’t too happy about the prospect of leaving Orta in charge, and the Twitter reactions down below are fuming at Bielsa’s verdict…
