Everton have had a long-standing issue with strikers ever since Romelu Lukaku left the club, struggling to find a way of replacing his influence in attack.
It seems as though Carlo Ancelotti may have found a way to deal with that dilemma, having Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin leading the line.
The two frontmen are clearly enjoying combining with each other, as Richarlison posted a picture of the pair on Instagram, to which Calvert-Lewin replied “partner”.
The Brazilian and Englishman have been prolific since Ancelotti’s arrival at Goodison Park, right from the 1-0 win against Burnley in his first game with the club.

Richarlison has played as a striker six times since then in matches where his position is recorded by Transfermarkt, recording a highly impressive four goals, including the sole strike in a win against Brighton & Hove Albion.
Meanwhile, Calvert-Lewin has been a man transformed under the Italian, grabbing eight goals and an assist in 10 games, having got just five goals in the previous 16.
Considering these records, it should definitely be an exciting prospect for Toffees fans to see this partnership flourishing as time goes on.
